tldr: recommend going to a dealership that specializes in your car to avoid paying more. Went here for an oil change and the mechanic improperly bolted the engine splash shield under my Honda which caused it to sag and snag during my drive on the freeway. Had to drive with the metal scraping on the ground during my ride home which was terrifying as sparks were likely flying which could've eventually led to a fire and in worse case scenario, death. I issued a complaint and they allowed me to bring it back in for them to "bolt" it back on, but the damage was already done and it snagged once more as more than half of the shield was already damaged. Now I'm stuck having to get the whole thing replaced which will cost hundreds on my end and a wait time of about a month while the part ships in. I definitely recommend just going to your car dealership to avoid having to pay a heftier price for a "quick" oil change.

I really appreciate Paul, Chris and the entire team of techs that made sure I was well taken care of. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and kept me updated with each step they were taking to resolve my car issues. There was some misunderstanding on my part but they were still patient and understanding with me and I greatly appreciate how well I was treated. Please give them a chance despite some of their previous reviews! They are under great management with Paul heading their team.

For starters, I don't believe half of some of these low star reviews, because they don't understand how cars work and putting blame for their pre- existing cars problems already. (I use to work at an autoshop) But, I will just say from my experience, I was completely satisfied with my first time coming here, and I was blown away by the customer satisfaction. I came in for an oil change, and they were able to get it in right away, and get it done in a timely matter. The gentleman Paul who was super helpful and very thorough with helping me and getting me all checked out and even applied a discount to my bill, which I didn't expect but was so appreciative! I want to also thank the fact he went out of his way to go above and beyond to tell me about the deals for tires since I know it is time for them. Didn't pressure me or persist me and explained how they will do a courtesy alignment check before they decide to put tires. I am usually a skeptic about trying new auto shops for my car to be fixed, but I will honestly say I will be returning here and appreciate the team and customer service experience here. It made it feel very welcomed and comforted. THANKS FIRESTONE TEAM AND PAUL.
