My daughter and her husband are moving back from the East coast and asked us to apartment shop for them. We spent a day touring several apartment complexes in the KC area. We had the best experience at Carson Street Towers. Leah was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to give us a tour even though it was her day off! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The apartment complex is in a convenient location for our daughter who does not own a car and is used to the walking culture of the DC area. There are lots of options for stores, restaurants, Orangetheory Fitness, and entertainment within walking distance. The two bedroom model we toured was new, clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend Carson Street Towers and Leah was a pleasure to work with!

I had the pleasure of touring the two bedroom model, with no appointment scheduled. I arrived during lunch time and decided to wait a bit for the staff to return. I certainly didn’t expect to be greeted with so much warmth! Leah was wonderful through and through! I also had my little ones with me, and she made them feel apart of the entire process which was another great unexpected plus! The apartments are gorgeous, but so is the staff which males you feel right at home in no time! Thank you, so much Leah!

- Fire alarms go off at least once a week. - Of the 3 elevators on the property each elevator is out of service 1-2 days a week. They trap tenants in them and fire department has to come rescue you. - They have now tacked on multiple more bills. - Water & Sewage - Now a trash service you have to pay for. Building is already falling apart. Nothing luxury about this place. The new management as a good façade going. All they care about is getting more money out of the tenants and providing substandard service. I miss the old management.
