I wish I could give zero stars. The person at the drive thru couldn't even tell me what was on a sandwich and then told me the juice I always get wasn't an option. I just got it last night. So, I told them forget it I don't want anything to eat. As I pulled up to the window to get my kids frosties they were bad mouthing me. The Manger in particular. I also only ordered 3 frosties they charged me for 4 and couldn't produce the receipt. All I can say is, are you serious!

I enjoy eating Wendy’s but every single time I order from this Wendy’s, literally every time, my order is wrong or I’m missing 95% of my order. Like yesterday, I ordered the feed the fam deal and an extra burger and they JUST GAVE ME FRIES. Like where are my FIVE other sandwiches? And then for some reason, through DoorDash, a reorder wouldn’t work. Listen guys, I love your food. But get it together. I shouldn’t be over-paying and then missing most of my meal.

Closes earlier than advertised. Just like the majority of businesses, it needs the hours changed to accommodate for their closing. Wasted an hour driving because of this, and I'm sure I'm not alone. I'd be more than happy to change my review to minimally a 4 star rating once they fix this, but being refused service during hours of operation is a hard fail.

Can't believe the employees are getting $15 a hour. Drive thru lane was long as clerks cannot get the orders right. I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers, one without pick and onion, small fries and small milkshake. Finally got to pay and he only had one cheeseburger ordered. Said I wanted 2. Worker took forever to adjust the price. Finally got to the window to pick up food and there was only one cheeseburger in bag. Told her I ordered 2, one without pickle or onion. Guess what: they both were with pickle and onion. Husband can't tolerate pickles and onions. By this time the line was long and everyone was irritated.
