Cape flattery trail is about 0.8 mile walk with lots of trees and well constructed path. One can experience the beauty of very tall trees and birds sound. It is one of the beautiful trail and scenary place, worth the time you spent in nature. Water looks deep blue. Good to have shoes as some areas are muddy. Strollers are strong no. Parking is decent size. We didn't see any pass requirements. Highly recommended to go with any age kids or adults and pets too. Watch out some areas for hell lot of mosquitos.

The boardwalk trail is well maintained and easy to walk. There are even some handrails! The views are phenomenal and we saw cormorants and guillemots. Definitely worth the drive just make sure you pick up your recreation permit at the museum in Neah Bay.

I went on a rainy / cloudy day and it was still a great trail to walk. I can't imagine how beautiful it is on a sunny day, especially near sunset. All in all, even for a downpour the trail still held up. The wooden walkways made it very easy to get around, and I never had any slipping issues. I highly recommend this trip for anyone who already made the drive to Olympic NP.

Such a beautiful small hike with breathtaking views. The trail was super muddy for June but was well worth the dirty shoes. A small decline to the views so going back to the parking area is uphill. Short trail with tons of areas for rest stops if needed. It’s a really crowded trail tho.

Yes, as long as they're leashed and you pick up after them.
it’s not open to visitors since COVID (they’ll turn you away at a roadblock before Neah bay) and beach camping is generally prohibited. it gets cold at night by the ocean, too.
only road to Cape Flattery goes through the reservation, they’re turning non residents around at a roadblock at Neah bay
Yes, there is also a turn around for RVs
There are a few inclines and declines with tree roots that could be problematic
It's an unbelievable view, something Hollywood couldn't even replicate. And the the best pictures of it can't fully capture its majesty.
GTA 5 takes place in a fictional location that is roughly based on Los Angeles, CA. It is not possible for Cape Flattery to be stared on the map as it is to far north.
