At the beginning they have bathrooms but neahbay is closed and not sure when we open back up
yes it is still closed but if you call the local police department they will direct you to public safety there on the reservation and you may be able to get a pre-approval for your visit.
I'm not sure if they are or not. You might want to check with the parks department. We didn't have any with us, and didn't see any one who had any animals either It's a pretty long hike down. And more so coming up. There could be potential places for them to into trouble or fall. In my opinion. And/or any wild animals. But don't quote me on it. It's a stunning view though. From many viewpoints.
