I just recently purchased a home which had issues with some outlets and lights not working. As you can imagine, the process was stressful. Buying a new(er) home and already having things going wrong. Matt was a pleasure to work with, he was flexible in time and originally offered me to get serviced day of my call. They also sent text reminders to keep me informed of the status of my appointment. Victor came to my house on time and was very professional, after he gathered information from me he walked me through the process with troubleshooting. His colleague, Nemanja came out to provide assistance. Both of them were pros through and through, they kept me in the loop of all the things they were looking through when troubleshooting. They were diligent, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. the work and experience they provided was worth every penny (very reasonable pricing as well). Mr. Electric has found a customer for life, I will reach out again for future projects. If not obvious with my review, I highly highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone in the Contra Costa area. These guys are the absolute best!
