Nicest most accommodating staff, this is the only location I go to. Sheila took such great care of my mom and Rita was so nice and helpful. Don’t pay attention to the complainers leaning reviews for this location, they’re just miserable to begin with.

Bad actitud , nasty location especially the bathroom, at 8:30am the don’t take appointment for walk-in , if you request something they are very rude when they know any people go there is for healthy issues.

Hi Laura- Thank you for reaching out. If your doctor stated they would send us the order electronically or via fax, there is no need to confirm that we have the order. If we do not have the order, we will call the doctor to obtain it when you arrive at our Quest Patient Service Center.
I don't believe so they do I had to do a drop off and spent almost an hour there waiting for someone to take it.
You can wait to get it from your doctor's office or you can register online to see your results once they are available.

Both but you should definitely make an appointment. I was in and out in 15 mins. Edit: I was just there again and No Walk In's. You can go and sit there all day and unless nobody shows up for at least a hr.,which is highly unlikely, you "might" be seen! Make an appointment!!!
You can go to any quest and your order will be in their system, check with your PC doctor to be sure order was given to them.
