I’ve always love Carter’s and I’ve been coming to this location for the past 8 years. So I’ve seen staff coming and go. But I wish these two girls there now would hurry and go. I’ve been there twice within the past 2 weeks and it’s the same dry attitude. Even if I needed help, I wouldn’t ask for it. I came just to exchange a pants set and she said I would have to pay the difference since they were on sale when I bought them. I gave her the most confused looked and right before could just say give me the money, she insisted that she make an exception this one time…. Just stick to the Target brand JOY by Carter’s it the same thing.

Great brand store in Lincoln Park, you find a wide selection of baby, toddler and kids up to 14 . The only problem is the cashier was kinda rude , she didn't ask me if I want a bag or no, I guess because I bought only one piece. Hh

You have to enter thru the North Ave or clybourn side to get into the parking lot, 1 lot is free for the stores, the other lot you have to pay so be careful you don't get confused going to that 1. I almost made that mistake.
