I came to 333 south road. Hollywoodoffice. I had the worst experience ever. I was misinformed when it comes about prices. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO ASK FOR PRICES AT ALL TIMES BEFORE TAKEN THE EXAM. I recommend knowing prices before entering the exam. They will end up paying exorbitant prices. My experience was not very pleasant and I do not recommend this site at all. (except . The girl who examined me was very professional).

Last August I bought my prescription glasses with this people. I brought my own frame and this week I brought them in because the lenses on both sides have spots on each of the four corners on the lenses caused by them using poor quality of lens filters. The manager instead of honoring the one year warranty on lenses they promote said that I should have gotten an additional warranty that cost 35.00. They never offer me anything other than the normal warranty of a year. I would give them a 0 star but one is the worst. Please don't go there spending over400.00 to get this kind of customer care, I also left a message for Ms. Lozano Regional manager and there was no response.You are on your own with these irresponsive, store. I wish I could upload pictures.In my 66 years wearing glasses never had a worst experience.

Call them. I have Care Plus and they take it and many others they said. I am very happy with the service from My Eyelab.
