Came here this morning and signed in the form to see one of the representative and took a line like every body else. Waited in my car for one hour to be called for my number. Went to check if i was next in line. To my utter shock the page was removed and new customers filled it, my question to the manager is this, why do you have people fill their numbers and reason for coming and then you don't serve them accordingly. This is very unprofessional for a bank like becu federal way. You are there to serve customers not customers to serve you. I'm so disappointed with this place, people have other things to do with their time.

I was at this branch in April 2020, and was met with professionalism, patience, courtesy, by a very informed, helpful, attentive, passionate and friendly Steve R. He helped me with my bank statements, gave me very detailed information about my accounts and steps required in the right direction to ensure I maintain and uphold my financial discipline.
