Spent about 5-hours along with my boys detailing my Nissan Armada at Elephant Car Wash, on 8/5/2022. I also spent roughly $70, and had problems with the pressure washer throughout. However, an attendant was always available and willing to help us out. That said, can't wait to see how this car wash will look after the upcoming 2023 remodeling!!!

Have been coming to this place for 8 years. Have returned after being out of the country for ten weeks. Paid $47, told Estimated 2.5 hrs to clean. i said fine, then after 1.5 hrs 3-4 cars appeared i questioned staff was told they cleaned by numbers. i said lady in front of me should be next, then my car. I asked to speak with manager, he came across as confrontational, used the f word, i did back and asked for management number, he refused to give it to me, then i asked for refund. he refused. Its a shame as i go once a week at $47 per week. terrible manager, terrible service, dirty location. total lack of good customer service. most of the time staff always take good care of me. I tip well. Tomorrow will payer a detailer $225 for a good job! I will not return to this managers location!

Poor experience here 😔. If you are first time customer, it is confusing where you need to pay. For those who do not know, it is the small white booth on the far right lane. I didn't see a sign or arrows, and if there are, it is not very obvious. I paid extra for cleaning my tires and sides and the guy only cleaned 80% with obvious dirt streaks on the rims. I kindly pointed out the dirt, and he still didn't get it right. The guy also used the same towel to wipe the tires, windows, and sides. My god... 🤦. The overall layout of the place is confusing, parent needs to be redone, and the car wash itself is lackluster. I would go elsewhere. The owner doesn't seem invested in quality customer service.

We paid the $47 for the auto detailing. And they missed so many things in the car. We could have did a better job. We told them that they missed spots but they didn’t care. They literally didn’t clean the vents, the doors, the seats and back of the car. Never using them again. And the rims weren’t even wiped. The only helpful one was the cashier.
