Very clean and customers service is super,front desk worker named Jezzy went above and beyond her duties. Rent went up! but well! that's everywhere...I just hope to stay like this for a while. I noticed there's a lot of units just on my floor, ready for rent and it's understandable because price are to high other than that I like the place...very secure and a friendly new crew. However it's down to 1 star, July 14th on or around 4:45pm I was in need to use one of those cartwheels (now locked by the walls) so I went to the office, the Property Manager Mr. Hector Zerpa was on the phone conducting business I guess but still he didn't attempt to acknowledge my presence (in any way or shape) and yet I waited for him to finish so I could request the service that I needed ...after 8 minutes (give or take a couple,check the CCTV for accuracy) another gentleman came in and he received the same treatment as I did , finally after nearest 20 minutes (give or take a couple) Mr Hector got off the phone and there was not greetings nor apology but then he proceeded to ask the gentleman who came after I did (a Caucasian male) but he was gentleman enough to tell Mr Hector..."no sir! He was here before me"...I'm a (Black male) a long time customer of this facility and I was asked from Mr Hector...what's your unit number? and proceeded to throw the key of one of the cartwheels I was in need for on top of the counter and then get on with his business. Yes! Customer Service was the worst and I felt victim of discrimination because I'm a Black Person ,from Mr. Hector Zerpa.

The owners are a bunch of crooks! They are doing lien enforcements before a 30 day period and in the past few months they have raised my rent almost $70 with any warning! I’m heading to a new storage place because I’m tired of being charged a $25 lien enforcement 16 day without paying the rent for storage, not even a 30 day grace period! I’ve never missed out paying a month, payed late but always payed. I’d rather go to public storage!
