Loved staying here for my first ever visit to Florida. Beach assess is easy! Pool is nice and clean! The view is one I wish I could wake up to everyday. The room decor was updated, modern and super cute! The reason this review gets 3 stars is because I'm a disabled, right leg amputee and we requested a shower chair from our host, WHICH WAS NEVER PROVIDED!! So imagine the lengths I had to go to just to be able to shower!! It was a nightmare!!

Rooms were very nice the location is excellent. The building is very clean and valet staff is very friendly. The pool is boring but it is very clean. Most of the places in the area come with more of a resort vibe and include chairs and umbrellas at estabans place but the Sian lacked the resort vibe and the chairs and umbrellas. If your looking for a place with good location a pool and great beach access the Sian is for you. My only complaint was the one day I was checking in the lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty for no reason. My second time here checking in it was a guy andrew I think and he was very friendly and nice.

Decent condominiums. Clean well maintained facilities. Great beach access. Valet blocked my car in early am and was no where to be found for 15 minutes or so. Annoying. Staff otherwise friendly and helpful.
