How long does it take to get one quad cane for a family member released from the hospital after a stroke? Apparently, over 3 weeks for these people, and they still don't have it. Each time I called or dropped by, the person I needed to talk to was "out" or "helping another customer". By the time they finally, got around to filling the prescription, it was after the new year. So, what our insurance would have paid in full when we dropped the prescription off, was now our responsibility. So, in the month these people have had our prescription, we were able to purchase one cane from Amazon and obtain another from a medical bank. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere!
