Stellar experience today at AutoZone. I went to a competitor's store to pick up an AC compressor relay and the other store rep walked over to the fuses and said sorry no relays here. Didn't offer to even check their stock. I cruised to AutoZone to look there. Same issue here except the Store rep was knowledgeable enough to know these weren't kept up front. Went and found the relay I needed from the back and I was out the door in five minutes. Thanks y'all!

Two people in each line ahead of me so I left because I was on a schedule. Went to my tried and usually true, (another auto parts store), and got one thing I needed. That ONE thing was really important! Word to anyone, don't leave the car parked under a row of cottonwood and pine trees when the battery dies! Get a new one or a jump start RIGHT AWAY! 😕😄 Your car will love 🚘❤you! Please use your signal, because most people can't read minds!😎

I needed an important part for an important vehicle in a hurry on Friday, May 27th. My local AutoZone didn't have it in stock so I called the Marysville store, #1181 and Hannah B. answered, confirmed the part was there & kindly offered to get it ready for me to pick up. I was so happy with her customer service that I added parts for two other vehicles while we were at the counter! She was extremely helpful & polite, so I asked for her manager to let him know how pleased I was. As it turns out, Friday was only her THIRD day on the job but you wouldn't have known. She's obviously an asset to the store & a great addition to the AutoZone organization!

I am very sad that there are people in this world like the manager Carrie Moon. I pray no one gets treated and talked down to the way she did with me, just because of my skin color. I truly believe our interaction would have been totally different if my skin was not Brown, unfortunately that was not the case and she made a already stressful situation 100 times worse.
