Drive thru pharmacy service is bad. Almost impossible to hear them, and asked me to wait a few minutes. Waited 20 mins before pressing the call button again, just for them to tell me to go inside to the front desk and ask for the over-the-counter meds I needed. Just go to Walgreens down the street, they took care of me immediately.

This is an unbiased review even though my wife works there. I enjoy shopping here. The store is always very clean and well-stocked. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is no exception. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and accommodating. They keep track of your immunizations and let you know when you are due for another. I hope that the customer service attitude that Bartell employees have now is carried over when RiteAid completes their acquisition.

Incredibly friendly and helpful team at this location, I’m always surprised by some of the price points on items you just wouldn’t expect to get at a drug store. My experience today with the Pharmacy, after being turned away from another one nearby, was superb. Quick and knowledgeable, I got my flu vaccine same day without having an appointment. Won’t try anywhere else in the future, Bartells gal all the way.
