Fashion Valley Macy's in San Diego California is the best Macy's in town! Customer service here is OUTSTANDING! The employees clearly love working here from all the after store hour dedication I was shown last night! In men's shoes, the gentleman that helped worked hard and did not rush me even at 10 minutes before closing! Very professional & smiling infectionsly the whole time. The young woman in the sunglasses department also remained professional and kept her smile despite me getting to her right at closing time! Keep up the great work! See you all soon♡

Macy's is an upscale store, clothes, perfumes and jewelry. I was looking for dessert tiered trays and displays but they didn't have that.

Pretty much the same as other department stores. Face coverings required. Macy's in Fashion Valley does allow you to try on garments. Registers have plexiglass shields.
