Went to Pharmacy to fill a prescription and the pharmacy cuban lady is extremely mean and snotty. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with this person. She’s will snap at you when you ask questions so I finally told her what I thought of her. I like shopping there but forget going to that pharmacy.

Phones ring and ring and ring. Trash. Why are all Publix pharmacies just garbage? Nasty, nasty overworked reps. Why should a trip to pick up my medication be one where I’m leaving upset and nearly in tears? Why would you employee people like this? To deal with people who are, more than likely, at their most vulnerable?? There’s no empathy left for the ill. Maybe there wasn’t any to begin with but, trust me, if you’d like your spirit broken, visit a Publix pharmacy.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
