Had multiple scripts that I was picking up for my wife, on a Sunday. They close at 6pm on Sundays. I had just come from Church, raced over there, traffic was heavy (seasonal town), I called ahead told them I was in a crowded parking lot, looking for a spot to park. I literally ran in there at 5:58, and got to the Pharmacy at 5:59., by the time I talked to the pharmacist it just turned 6pm.He told me that I couldn't get my scripts because the register turns off exactly at 6pm. It use to be that you could also pay for your scripts at the customer service desk. But for some reason you can no longer do that. Very poor customer service. I'll be switching over to Walgreens, they are more flexible.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
