We purchased a golf cart from this company several years ago. We've needed it serviced twice, and both times they took it for weeks to months without any updates. When we'd call and ask for updates, we'd be rudely told we just had to "wait our turn". Eventually it would be brought back, with partial repairs and no recourse. Today I called and asked if they could come pick it up to fix 2 tires that are loosing air. Gary who answered, began rudely demanding I tell him exactly what kind of tires they were, and no answers seemed to satisfy him. I asked if I could speak to someone else less hostile, and was transferred to the service manager. I started to explain to the manager my interaction with Gary, and he cut me off and said it didn't happen. I guess they really don't want your business.

I have had good service there before. However, I left a message during work hours and they never returned my call. So, after 4 days I went elsewhere for a part.

I bought a new golf cart here. I asked them to duplicate a cart they were about to deliver. I also told them my community. They said they knew the specs for the community. I asked for the order form but they said I did not need it. The cart was delivered two months before I came down. When I checked the cart there was no turn signal. In the end they charged me $280 to put one on. Decide for yourself what you think.
