The motorcycle batteries here are twice as much as Amazon so why pay more? Local service... well forget it,,, they won't honor the warranties or even prorate the price to keep a customer... it's the blame game. The staff is rude and confrontational. Not Recommended!

I also bought a scooter battery and it has struggled to hold a charge since I bought it. I take it in today and I was told it was my fault because it was dead. Every time I bring a battery in with an issue they do their best to never honor a warranty. I have yet to see them honor a warranty. They were use the old excuse that it was my fault so that they don’t have to honor the warranty. I told them that I buy a lot of batteries here and that they do their best to avoid honoring their warranty. I told the manager I’m just going to have to go someplace else and he said PLEASE DO. I work in retail and I know what it’s like to provide great customer service and to make sure that the customers keep coming back. The manager for this place was about the worst I’ve ever encountered. So good luck batteries plus because if you keep treating your customers like this you won’t be open forever.
