The repair person arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. The Bosch Speed Oven door hinge was broken which required replacing the door because Bosch does not sell the hinges separately. He was able to get the icemaker working on an older Samsung refrigerator, saving me the cost of replacing it. He also checked the Cattura downdraft vent in an attempt to figure out why it didn't work properly although AAA Appliance does not usually repair them because they are unable to order the parts. They emailed written estimates the next day. I will use AAA Appliance service again.

Service was great, we love Corey and communication around scheduling and when our technician would arrive was spot-on. Only reason for 4/5 was the cost, $400 for less than an hour of work was a tough pill to swallow (but you get what you pay for).

I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon AAA Appliance. The tech was so helpful and knowledgeable about my sub-zero refrigerator. He gave me lots of options and price estimates before moving forward which was so nice in deciding wether or not to get a new fridge or repair my existing. He also explained what he was doing every step of the way so I knew what was going on and made recommendations along the way. He also suggested an easy fix for my dish washer that’s been leaking for about a month that he happened to notice! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Also: They were always on-time or early which made me (someone who is admittedly impatient) SO happy. ☺️
