Honestly, a bad experience from the moment our washer-dryer combo was installed. We have had our machine for 10 months now and we regret not buying new. After they installed it at our place, there were issues with our washer and it took them several different tech visits to get it resolved. Almost a year later and our dryer takes two runs to fully dry one load and our washer unit does not completely fill up with water when we have a full load. We appreciate the 6 month warranty and the free delivery but we’re bummed with what we got. The unit was approximately $750 so I guess you get what you pay for.

Mary is very rude and unprofessional. From the look of these other reviews professionalism is a struggle for this company. Our fridge is out and we live in an apartment and have no other option but wait until Tuesday for delivery when today is Friday. Extremely frustrating but…not the companies fault they are fully booked. I was so frustrated that our landlord would book with a company that couldn’t come right away so we could save our 300$ worth of groceries. We live paycheck to paycheck so obviously a huge concern. No compassion, no patience, and no sense of urgency on her part. Let’s hope the actual product and delivery are better than Mary’s customer service skills.

Spencers is THE BEST!! Mary, John, + Team are always professional and very prompt. We use them in our property management business all the time and they are top notch. I also use them in my personal residence and am always pleased. I contacted them this morning about my washer and dryer and received an immediate response. New washer/dryer being delivered Monday! Just had our 32 year old refrigerator repaired by Spencer's. They are great! They diagnosed the problem right away, got 'er done and we are so very pleased! Businesses like this a hard to find! We couldn't be happier!
