Poor management ! You can ask and or request for one thing and they the complete opposite ! Myself and the manager got into a heated argument multiple times ! I completely believe that nobody there understands English and is on something to the point where they don’t understand simple things but I love for the property manager to reach out to me so we can discuss more about the horrible people working there !

My first visit. I thought it was cool that they called to make sure I would arrive before there wasn't someone to give me a key. Truthfully I didn't like that there is no carpet. Once I noticed how many guests have pets. Very pet friendly. No business center on site. If you're needing a quiet box to sit in, this is the place. The room was spacious and smelled faintly of ashes. The bed slept like a camp cot. It had spring but not much bounce. There were enough outlets to plug in my devices. Two hard bottom chairs and a table. The kitchenette with frdge, 2 eye stove, microwave and sink. Dishes and cookware are an extra charge. There was 2 plastic cups in the room. I received and used the cookware and dishes sets. The dishes were sturdy and heavier than I expected. A worthwhile purchase if you're staying long periods. The laundry center was small and clean enough considering the amount of traffic it got in the amount of time I was there.

It so sad that corporate is not concerned about their property.... bugs... didn't get fresh sheets or towels...cleaned the room myself.... because the staff has to take several different roles.

The room was nice enough but I would not go back and stay there again. We had a no smoking room, which was on the upper floor, but every place you went in the building, other then the room, smelled like smoke. Not all of it was cigarette smoke.
