Everytime we order from this location they mess up the order. They serve old food that has been sitting for too long. The soda seems like it was sitting also.

This store genuinely is bad. They will waste your time and if they make a mistake and get your order wrong will refuse to replace it for free. Terrible customer service. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Their website says that they have dine in but the door is always locked. The manager probably says that they can't get help but the other nearby restaurants seem to find enough help to run the place. If the manager just doesn't want to fool with walk in customers at least they could take two minutes and day so on their website

Heads up: ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. I went here two days ago and got two full meals and was never told my total, never given a receipt and when I checked my debit card, the total seemed high. So I went back this morning and got a simple biscuit and water. Asked for my receipt and after acting like they didn’t understand, someone printed one from a register across the store and brought it to me and promptly shut the drive thru window and refused to open it again. Sure enough: items on there I didn’t order and was charged for. It wasn’t a ton—a simple “extra sauce packets” charge—for a meal with no sauce packets—but if they are doing this to everyone, and refusing to give receipts, it’s an awesome money maker for them and customers have no way to see it as, well, they aren't given their receipts. Oversight would be good. And ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT.

Service could be better. I got breakfast there last week and my hashbrowns was cold.
Same as all other mcdonald's: no dine-in eating, gloves and face masks used, sanitizing stations etc.
Hello Mr Timothy, The things going on here, you know that everyone have to understand the principles of cleaning after yourself whenever and whichever environment we find each. However, This issue of an employee should be reported to their manager immediately, because attitude and remarks should be one of the no to customer. Thank so much for your question and I hope my reply sort out your issue?
