An enjoyable place for a quick burger. Our pickup order wasn't correct, but the staff rectified it. The food itself was delicious, albeit a bit expensive for what you get. They also have these arbitrarily small ketchup cups so you have to make a few trips if you order fries. Overall 4/5, I'll certainly be back!

The CEO burger was magnificent. I got that plus a large onion rings plus a medium drink and a medium Ghirardelli chocolate shake. With the $5 tip the total was about $30. Be prepared to pay for the great quality of food you're about to consume.

My inner spice hound was barking today so I decided to give BurgerFi a shot and try their spicy chicken sandwich. First visit and I was reasonably impressed. The dining room very clean and in spite of going about the busy work of preparing for the impending lunch crowd, the staff excitedly greeted me as I entered. (not the monotone "Welcome to Moe's") I was satisfied with the portion size of the sandwich and they are very generous with their fries. I opted for the truffle option on the fries which comes topped with parmesan and truffle aioli. Trust me, it's worth the upgrade. The sandwich was decent. Moist chicken but the breading is a little short on crunch. I also thought it fell short on heat with all of the spice coming from the jalapeños and sauce which had a hint of sweet. Still it was a tasty lunch. Sorry BurgerFi, I'm still team Popeye. But I will definitely be back to try out the burgers.

Food quality and customer service has become poor. 1- Got a sandwich with bun that look to be half eaten 2- Fries were deeply/over fried 3- Chicken tenders weren’t cooked inside 4- Not the best CSAT (Didn’t mention the reason purposefully)
