We have lived at City View for a little over a year now. Trey and also Glenn have always come in whenever we needed maintenance on anything. They’re kind, go out of their way to help, and offer to do more as they see the apartment. I can’t thank Trey enough for fixing our heat for us this week even when it wants to be finnicky.

I love my apartment!!! And I'm leaving a five star rating for Trey the maintenance man on the property!! Trey is awesome!! He has came and checked on me doing my move and made sure that everything was working appropriate and nothing was wrong!!! Kudos to Trey!! I give him 5stars!! GREAT PERSON!! GREAT WORKER!! Moved in a few weeks ago. very impressed with the reaction time when something needs to be fixed. I have never lived in an apartment/house where it seems like management actually cares as much as this place. Trey has been especially awesome, always checking up to make sure everything is working/fixed. Always a great interaction, very kind and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. This kind of work/attitude is really hard to find these days, especially when it comes to housing.
