When you move in make sure you do a walk-through. You name it everything was wrong with the apartment. From the kitchen to the bedroom which was suppose to be fixed before you move in. Holes in the walls, sockets missing, stove broke, dishwasher wasn't clean, the toliet had a awful smell and plumbing was awful. Maintenence never fix anything and management is never there.
