I’ve lived at Hayden Place for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. It’s such a nice community of people, super quiet, and so homey inside. Mary (and all the other ladies) in the main office are so sweet and so helpful! Would live here 2 more years!

My experience with living at Hayden Place has been less than desirable. I had been warned about living at Wise Properties & turns out I should have listened. The apartment itself is appealing to the eye but once living here you realize it’s just polished garbage. I’ve lived in multiple apartments in the downtown Chattanooga area throughout college and this has been by far the worst experience. The final straw for me is the parking situation. There is NO PARKING for residents. If you work or plan on coming home past 9 pm, forget having a parking spot and if you create one due to the lack of parking- be prepared to get a boot on your car & pay $75 to get it taken off. Unless of course you are friends with the leasing consultant Carmin and in that case you may receive a personal phone call asking to move your car to avoid the boot. Turns out I wasn’t so lucky to make this list. I give this living experience a 2/10

I lived at Hayden Place for 3 years and I can tell you firsthand that this is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in since moving to Chattanooga. The ladies in the office are courteous and kind. The maintenance men are prompt and very quickly became my friends. Any requests I had for either group was handled with the upmost professionalism and exceeded expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Hayden Place to anyone seeking an affordable, luxury apartment.

I love Hayden Place!! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and make it more like living in a resort then in an apartment complex. The office staff are always helpful and go way beyond what should be expected to solve any kind of problem, day or night. While there might be some noise, which is to be expected.. I mean let's face it, it's an apartment not a house on a acre of land.... it is very minimal compared to any other place I've lived. The staff and on-ground security make it a very pleasant and safe atmosphere. I will refer anyone I know to live there!!
