While I think the staff is nice and it is a decent area to live in, my rent has been different every month. I live in a one bed one bath and my rent alone is 934. With everything included it’s still under 1000. However this month my rent was over 1000. My advice to anyone looking for apartments should just go by a home! Stay away from this place. All you are doing is throwing your money away. The hallways don’t get cleaned enough. The water tanks inside the apartments constantly leak when you turn on the AC but no one wants to do anything about it. A lot of things breakdown. All the reviews that you read are true. Particularly the negative ones. Cockroaches everywhere. Some form of construction is always going on but it seems like nothing gets fixed. All the constant construction and having people in and out is a disruption on our lives. Especially working 3rd shift.

I just wanted to jump on here & give a review. I came in the other day inquiring about an apartment & I had Maddie helping with me. Well she was just absolutely phenomenal! She was super sweet, was able to answer all my questions & then we jumped on a golf cart & she took me on a tour of the premises! She definitely went above & beyond for us!! So THANK YOU MADDIE!!

I can't wait to not live here anymore. Whatever figure you agree to pay per month will not be the actual figure you hand over each month. If management picks a single weed out of the grass they're likely to bill the community for a "complex beautification fee". I have heard that the previous owners were fine but the Ascent group's only goal is to raise rent by providing artificial improvements that just make the place nicer in a quick drive by. One of the first "improvements" the owners made was to remove the dumpsters found throughout the apartment complex in exchange for a single compactor for all the residents. This spectacular solution results in trash pileups in and around the compactor on a monthly basis (but at least now you can't see any dumpsters!). Maintenance does not come when you leave them a message, even though it is the recommended option "unless it is an emergency". The provided (and only option) Washer/Dryers are laughably small and are only there to give the complex an excuse to raise rental prices. Our newly installed dish washer broke within maybe 4 uses, and when a message was left with maintenance, absolutely no one reached back out. So in short, I'd avoid this complex because it may look nice on the outside but that is because the inflated rent and bogus fees are dedicated to tricking others into thinking the same.

This is the absolute worst place to rent from. My parents who are elderly have been living there for almost a year. They have not had heat or air for at least half of the time they have been living there. Maintenance has been there repeatedly and they are not able to fix it. The management has not offered to move them to another apartment, take money off of their rent or anything to help the situation. My parents did not pay their rent on the first of January to try and force them to fix their heat. This is the first time they have ever been late. They sent someone to do a temporary fix again and now they are charging them a huge late fee that they are not able to pay because they are on a fixed income and threatening eviction right away. Horrible people and a horrible place to live. As far as I'm concerned this is elder abuse and I'm planning to contact the local news about this place.
