I came to change my driving license, I was out in no time, the lady at the desk was very attentive and friendly, it was in the middle of the week I went around 10 am and it took only 20 mins. The installations were clean and organized. The air conditioner was working properly, and all the staff was very cool. My recommendation is to come prepared with the documents, do your research, visit in low affluence days, and be early.

Rude staff right when I walked in the door I Was told that the wait was 2 hours and I wasn't guaranteed to be seen then I was tawere not taking anymore people not really sure how they can do that when I was there and hour and 10 minutes before they closed she yelled at me across the room when I was going to try self service rude and disrespectful i will be reporting this because I don't see any rules about being able to deny me services and was very rude just because she wanted to get off at 5 doesn't give her the right to be rude all I needed was a replacement dl and she treated me like garbage and she shouldn't be working there

Workers are nice but manager is a nightmare of a lady. Super mean. Told me to get a letterhead and notarize a form after I had been told to get one or the other. After I explained what I had been told the previous day she told me "just get it notarized. Get out"

Not free. Costs about $12.00 for I think an 8 year I.D. Need 2 proofs of residence such as any mail in your name with current address, and birth certificate or passport.
I am 81 yrs old. I allowed my drivers license expire because I do not drive anymore. I am in a hospital bed in my home. I cannot stand nor walk. How do I get a state i.d. number?
Yes and I think you can use the renewal kiosk and save time.A nice lady will help you if you have a credit or debit card.
Yes
You can pay at red Bank but to get your license you have to go to Bonny oaks
