A number of people had recommended T-Mobile, especially the office on Meridian. When I stopped in, Cain met me at the door and made me feel very welcomed. He worked with me attentively, listening to what I wanted, and we locked in a great deal to meet my needs. The deal was good for a number of days, and I appreciated the time to think about it, do some research, even shop around. Returning to the store I brought up my remaining questions, which were answered clearly, and the deal was done! Transferring info from my old Samsung to the new one was easy, and without any issues. Both Devin and Jerwynn were there, too, keeping an eye on the transfer and answering any questions I had. Due to the expertise and kindness of Cain, Devin, and Jerwynn, I am more than satisfied with my experience at T-Mobile!

Me and my mom came in the other day and a nice young fellow named Jereon helped us with our phone plan. My mom was so pleased and believe me, she's a tough one to please (just ask my dad). Excellent customer service from him! You have earned yourself a repeat customer!

Alex was amazing I loved walking in and feeling welcomed and I'm glad I went to this location I appreciate his guest service and this location is by far one of the Best cell phone stores and I'm going to tell others to go here please do go to this location for Great service and friendly staffing that will help with your needs

Awesome experience! "Savage Savannah" (that's what I call her now) set me up with a new phone and T-Mobile home internet and she was incredible. If you're looking to get on Team Magenta, run don't walk to the store and only work with her. If you're nice she might recite some of her slam poetry for you also 👍🏻
