The salesperson that helped me with some of my questions was super friendly and knowledgeable. Big selection of restaurants supply and more than enough options for the home cook to be pretty set as well. Plenty of parking and the store was laid out well and organized and the store was nice and clean.

I walked in and they weren’t wearing masks (which nobody is around fine) then both employees repeatedly took off their masks in front of me and around me. The mandate is still in effect. It’s not that hard to just wear it the five minutes I was in there. Didn’t buy anything because I won’t support a business that doesn’t want to help the community during this time. On top of their rude attitudes. Which after this were the least of my worry

After calling in advance to reserve a high temp dishwasher when ours unexpectedly broke down, I drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. It was ready to go and that was great. But when I went back in to get a few additional supplies (2 of the 4 they didn't even carry), I was pressured to wrap up my shopping so that they could close. I felt incredibly offended that they would tell me "I don't mean to rush you, but we need to close," 2 minutes before 5, after I had just spent $4,500 dollars there! I will never return.
