Have a friend coming from the east coast. She has Soc Sec and if necessary VA will help with rent. She has 2 little dogs and 2 kitties. Is that a possibility?

My aunt lives there. There is no specific age requirement. Seems people just need to meet income requirements, many of the residents are on disability.
