The manager is not always honest, especially when he gets caught stealing money from tenants on their gas utility bills.

Went to pick up an aplication for my 73 year old mother. Was told there was a waiting list. Of course like every other place I've applied for. The manager refused to give an application. Isn't that against the law. Where did equal housing opportunity go? Anyway, lists get short. People find other places or move. Been there done that. But no equal opportunity here. Denied.

Have a friend coming from the east coast. She has Soc Sec and if necessary the VA will help. She has 2 little dogs and 2 small kitties. Is that a possibility?

My mom lives there, and she only has soc sec. I know that there are people living there with small dogs and cats. I do not know what the limit is in terms of pets though.

Hello, I have a few questions about the subsidized senior housing. Do you ever have any rental units?If so, how much is the rent? Is it based on income? How long is the lease? How big are they? Is there a waiting list? Thanks.

I don't rent there. I know people that live there. Its income based. The manager plays favorites. Read the contract very carefully before signing.
