The Mount Vernon C BOC has always been very good and vast service the front desk are helpful people veterans seem to be a little obnoxious to them though. I have never had to wait very long for my appointment they are usually very punctual appointment times may wait no longer than 10-15 tops.

Had an appointment for my Covid booster at 1:45. I got there 30 minutes prior. They REALLY need to set a place up to in process and administer shots. It was Blind leading Blind. 3 times wait here 3 different places. They had to sort out : Who What Where ! Meanwhile guys are waiting and more showing up. Really Really SAD !!!!!!

If you want professionalism, other than the FRONT staff, LOOK elsewhere. Test results are significant, received them 2 week's ago, ZERO concern from Dr's. STILL living in the FANTASY that MASKS DO ANYTHING other the signifying submission !!!%

This clinic unfortunately lives up to the negative reviews about VA and their help to their patients. They “forget” about putting in referrals and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of them, let alone your doctor. In my opinion a lot of negligence and malpractice is going on when you aren’t able to efficiently help your patients.

I would highly recommend registering with my health. va.gov. You get answers within 24 hours. Leaving a message with them is even slower.
The lab is open from 8am to 3pm. Closed from 1230 - 130 for lunch and no appointments necessary.

They do not have urology at this time. However most labs can be drawn in Mount Vernon as long as your provider in Seattle has placed the order.

No. Lab hours are from 0800 - 1500. Closed from 1230 to 1330 for lunch. They only have 1 lab tech, so please be patient.
You do that online. Use the DoD option. Make a password, then you are automatically s premium member for VA health. This allows you just to check in using myhealthevet
I'm a patient but was told individuals 75 and up.
The Mt Vernon CBOC issues a paper with the prescription that allows you to fill it at the pharmacy just down the street. I believe Walmart can fill it with that same paper.
Phone lines are down. Very frustrating for staff also.
