I've been having stuff posted in the classifieds for free for years through email, only having positive experiences. Not to mention my stuff sells quickly in the paper as opposed to the internet sites I've used. One thing though, I went to the location in Mount Vernon at about 2:00 pm this week to sell something in the classifieds for over $500 (posting for under $500 is free, posting over $500 isn't), and found that the office closes at 1:00 pm every day. Wasted a trip over there from seeing on Google that they close at 4 or 5. They should update Google to say they close at 1:00 to save people the trouble of this, since they do essentially close at 1:00 if we're not allowed in the building.

Call the classified number and u will talk to a human then have them direct ur call to whom ever u need to speak to
Yes, you can get them at the reception desk for a few dollars. 8am - 5pm.
