They don’t do anything to clear the parking lot when it snows so it’s impossible to get in or out. It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly ridiculous

I like my apartment for basic living is good my apartment was clean and nice wooden floors except refrigerator but they giving me a new one. So I’m pretty pleased and no roaches or whatsoever , even has a dish washer lol that I never have had super clean.

I'm not sure what magical fairy land part of Cascade West apts the people above live, but clean and pest free are NOT the case here. I killed five cockroaches in my bathroom and kitchen last night (and we are clean and responsible) and I came home the other day to people spraying the stairs with Raid because some disgusting other people dropped a couch at the top and roaches came running out of it. We're getting the place treated soon...but it's quite ridiculous if you don't keep up with it AND the cleaning.
