The employees are rude plus has zero knowledge about auto parts, even the store manager that was helping me, she doesn't even know what a strut bellows or bump stops it is. They don't know what you're asking for. Even if you have the part on hand they don't know what it is, how it is called or how to search for it. If doesn't show up on the first search they immediately tell you they don't have it, it may be an special order or dealership only. I gave them the part number that I personally found on their own website and then they are able to find it. Basically they put people to work there just to have somebody on site. they're there just to ring a sale and move on. If you are looking for someone to really know what they're doing or for bare minimum knowledge look somewhere else.

Did you know that if you keep your reciept and box for the brakes you buy, you only ever have to buy them once.. bring the old ones in when they wear down and they replace them! Im sold

Darrell went above and beyond to help my family with our repair. We came in needing to repair a part of the radiator fearing that we would have to repair the whole thing but he was able to help us find a cheaper repair option that worked great!
