Excellent deli section. Love the chicken tinga and pollo crema. The rice and beans are really good, I can eat that by itself. I usually get extra big separate containers for home. They have a small tamale bar for $2 each. I had to try them all. They have a new customer. Staff is excellent and patient with my bad Spanish.

I got say that for food (hot-guisados) and the antojitos are absolutely fantastic!!! BUT as for masa for tamales it is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH your money or your time trying to work with it!!!!! They we you call to let them know, you get a lame excuse you should have used the masa the day you bought it otherwise it is NO GOOD😢 However they are telling me something that I know not to be true, this is not the first time I’ve used masa but it is the first and last time I buy from them. I will make the trip to White Center to buy it, always as I did with first batch!!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. I stopped shopping here because I kept noticing I was being charged for things I wasn’t purchasing. I went back to inform the cashier who said he didn’t know why he charged me for things I didn’t purchase....???? This has happened on multiple occasions back to back. They also have the prices on the screen with false information. I have pointed this out to them multiple times. They advertise 7.99 for a pound of birria but actually charge over 10 dollars per pound. The cashiers have poor customer service and there is not organization when it comes to the line for paying resulting in people always cutting the line and the cashiers not doing anything even when you say something. I’ve purchased raw chicken breasts here in the past, the meat is NOT fresh. I’ve returned the chicken due to bad odor.
