Based on the older reviews, it would appear that this family owned business used to really focus on customers and did a great job. However, it looks like that has all changed with their approach to covid restrictions. I wish them the best of luck with text based appointment only service. They will need it to survive that business model in our post-covid world.

Twilight is a good shop. The communication is great, the atmosphere is friendly, and you certainly feel like your gear is in good hands. It's important to note that it's a smaller, family owned business. I dont have a ton of experience with laptop repair shops, but after having been here, at Twilight, I dont think I'll need to find another should the necessity occur again. I had Shade fix my daughter's Dell laptop with a bulging battery and he fixed my Lenovo laptop which had quit recognizing SD cards properly. His knowledge and abilities are top-notch and he provides quality customer service. I probably would have replaced both laptops if my daughter hadn't called and brought her laptop in. I am so glad he is around to save the day. Don't hesitate to give him a chance to solve your computer issues.

I took my laptop there for a Standard Thermal Maintenance because my cooling fan was running like a "wind turbine" all the time ... very loud. Despite two attempts to provide the proscribed service ... there was NO IMPROVEMENT in the performance of my cooling fan. I was told that I bought the "wrong replacement battery" but it was doing this before I took it in ... after the first service and before I replaced the battery ... and after I replaced the battery. I then took it in for a second attempt at the service and it still runs much louder than it should ... on battery alone ... with the charger plugged in ... with the battery removed it doesn't matter. They charged me $119.99 plus tax ... and the computer operates no differently than when I took it to them in the first place. They have refused to offer a refund. I gave them 2 stars because Shade is very professional and very nice.
