I was referred by a friend so I went in while on break at work for a mani pedi. I only do natural nails because I am pretty busy with my hands everyday. My nails were on the short side but weren't too short by any means. By the time I left my nails were so short they didn't cover the tips of my fingers. My cuticle area was bleeding on 4 of my fingers and the polish was poorly done. The pedicure was decent but super expensive for what I received. I have nice toes but even after pointing it out my nails on my toes are now all sitting at a 40° angle. I paid $115 for a really lousy and painful experience. Never again.

Wow. This was my first stop for my Birthday. What an amazing job. They handle me and my bday group with care. They did every request we put in and we walked out looking glamorous!!! In love with this place.

The manager was very unprofessional on her phone the whole time, didn’t care for anything I had to say in regards to my hands , the acrylic burned my nails multiple times because she caked it on so thick . She also charges by the length and doesn’t provide a price board . Don’t recommend this nail shack to anyone they are just trying to get you in and out if your a first time customer. They cater to woman who can’t see the poor quality they provide . 50$ Very thick , bumpy , and overall ugly .

Sweet staff, but terrible attention to detail. I showed examples of what I wanted and even though the salon didn’t have the exact colors, that was fine. I picked what I felt would match and the execution was bad. Total for this and a pedi with regular polish was $95 before tip.. yikes. •The tips where 3x as thick as the reference photos • the nail surface after filing was lumpy and uneven, the shaping was more rounded than pointed as shown • shaping was crooked and nails didn’t match •When I asked the tech if he could remove the dark dip powder accent nail because it was darker than the example, he said he couldn’t. Being that i’ve never had dip, I wasn’t sure if that true or an excuse to not want to restart. •didn’t reach paint to edge of nail, but stopped short • didn’t shape the french tip evenly • didn’t cleanup the excess paint under/around nail
