Wake Up

I have been a resident here for quite some time. My rent has tripled since moving in. Yet I haven’t gotten any upgrades . The cabinets are peeling , the doors were installed 30 yrs ago . The windows are outdated and definitely not storm proof . $1000 for 600sq ft with no amenities is definitely a rip off . The kitchen appliances are also outdated . My ac unit looks like it’s never been serviced . I can never find parking and always have to park two buildings over because other peoples guest don’t use guest parking . The walls are super thin . I can hear my neighbor flushing their toilet or In their kitchen slamming cabinets . My other neighbors has dogs that bark constantly throughout the day and night . Let’s not talk about the time my car was vandalized , woke up to an entire tire and rim missing . The office made no attempt to help me figure out who stole it . I literally had to buy tire locks to avoid waking up to anymore missing tires . We are also forced to pay for valet trash yet the trash man picks and chooses when he wants to actually pick up the trash . The laundry room and gym are always filthy . Considering the era we live in and how much we pay a month you would think they stay on top of the cleanliness. The parking lot and walkways flood Every single time it rains . There was a homeless man standing outside my door using the plug outlet to charge his phone one morning I came out for work . SMH unbelievable and definitely didn’t feel safe to come home late for months . I can literally go on about this place but the point is it has been such a grief living here . But then again it is one of the less pricer places in the area so you absolutely will get what you pay for . The office will most likely respond to this post stating I’m Not a resident Or I posted to the wrong complex’s but I wouldn’t waste anymore of my time if I didn’t have to. Just pay attention to the other low ratings . They all are basically saying the same thing . Save yourself the trouble and just pay a couple hundred more for actual luxury living .

Has amazing customer service. Desirae was amazing and kept me updated on the entire process. I called in 3 months ago asking for an opening in apartment and was sadly told the availability of that property but she would put me on a call back list when it was available. Out of all the property I asked to be put on the list Desirae was the only one who kept her word. I was extremely impressed with how the entire process was simple and efficient. I will be telling anyone who needs to look for a property to check this place out because of Desirae! Thank you!

Law Abiding

My son stays here and I helped him with a major issue in his apartment. They were all very helpful with finding and fixing the issue. Cassi communicated as needed, was very professional and determined to resolve the issue.

I have live here for almost 5 years and the central location is perfect. I searched several places before deciding that this is where I`d call home. The staff here is amazing and they treat you like family. It` a very quiet neighborhood I also enjoy the fitness center and pool as often as possible. If you`re looking for some place with schools and shopping nearby then you have found the place. I haven`t had any major maintenance issues since I moved here. It`ll be a wise choice to move here.
