This place has gone through a few ownership and management changes over a number of years, and now appears to have finally stabilized. It's still quiet and clean and safe so no complaints. Jo and Olga are doing a good job managing the property and are easy to work with. Plus no one knows we're back here in this little place on good old no name, dead-end road in unincorporated Pinellas County lol.

This place is great as long as literally nothing goes wrong, which is unlikely. My apartment has flooded 3 times in the last year and 3 months. The office staff is either nonresponsive or rude when handling issues. If you have any complaints, they will basically tell you "we could charge you much more, so you should be happy with what you have." The office staff also does not enforce trash valet rules, so it is very likely that your neighbors will leave their trash out all day or overnight for the animals to find.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Came here interested in renting. The dark skin lady was so rude, I asked 2 very different questions and she yells at me that she cannot keep answering my questions. The lady with the accent was polite but knew nothing about the units. Every time I’ve talked to them I’ve been told something completely different. Management can really make or break a company, and this place could do so much better with professional staff that enjoy customer service.

I have been living at Park Village Apartments for the past few years and the experience has declined from mostly positive to frustrating. My lease includes a washer and dryer but I’m on my third machine and every single one has had an issue. Apparently it’s not an included amenity any longer so they are not replacing machines when something is wrong, just provide another broken one in hopes that it works. I finally spent money on my own machines and they can’t be bothered to remove their leaky machine timely. I’ve reported issues as things come up but I’m tired of empty apologies without any attempt to fix the issues. Also this year I’ve had my water shut off several times without warning. We have a messaging app but no notices were sent out. Each time I call the office, I’m met with excuses and empty apologies. Like this is how it is and just deal with it. People don’t pick up after their pets and I regularly find dog feces on the playground. The “nice” window frame outside my apartment has had foam pieces breaking off for years with no attempt to fix it up. I will be looking for a new place to live when my lease is up.

Does anyone have an email contact or website? I have not been able to get a hold of the management over the phone for 2days now. Their "mobile doorman" app never works for me, not on the computer nor on my phone. The office doors are locked...
