I have lived in several complexes and Harbour Cay exceeds every single one of them by leaps and bounds! Jessica and Tiffany are absolutely amazing to work with and truely care about the residents, the property looks great and while I haven’t used the amenities park yet I plan to very soon! Any minor issue I have had had been immediately taken care of by maintenance and they are great about keeping the residents informed on anything going on. The apartments are great and the residents so far have all been very friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I chose Harbour Cay to call home!

You get what you pay for and then some. This apartment complex offers decent living at affordable prices. The staff is nice and accommodating and my maintenance requests have been answered within 30 minutes even on a Saturday night. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Eric Correa: he made my move in a breeze and would always help me carry the heavy packages to my car. The best part is the small dog park, it’s small but it comes in handy. There’s another dog park within 15 minutes of walk and it has separated areas for small and large dogs. The neighbors are friendly and I never had any issues with noisy neighbors. It has been recently renovated. Nice and clean. Sorry to leave all this behind. I lived in over 15 apartment complexes due to my military career so I’m an apartment finder guru: this one is a steal.

I have been a tenant here for almost 4 years. Its a great location in largo for a lot of commuters.They have done alot to improve the property and quality of life here including hosting events for the community. you no long share a unfair water bill system with your building and parking is less of an issue than it has been in the past. also has a 24/7 key card protected gym. I said if they improved i would write a better review and here it is, they deserve it.
