This is by far the worst management company I've experienced living here for 4 years!! You will wait a month or more for any maintenance, even something very simple as a lightbulb! The maintenance guys are great, it's the communication between the office and them that lacks. Someone threw a rock at our window and I took 2 months of complaining and even having to Involve a lawyer to be able to get it fixed!! No one in the office was on the same page about our window even though you can see the cardboard covering the window from the office.We have tile that has been broken since we moved in! The water is constantly being shut off every month for leaks that they can't seem to ever get fixed!. The least you could do is credit us with the water and sewer we're unable to use for basic needs!! It feels like we're living in a hostage situation, parking is a mess constantly being threatened by being towed away. Now we're not even allowed to have any personal belongings outside or they will be thrown away!! They do not care about their residents whatsoever, I found a woman unconscious on the ground and the office staff refused to call 911 because she was too busy with reports!!! But they are very quick in responding to complaints about other residents just not addressing their own complaints!We're essentially being forcefully evicted in my opinion because many residents I speak too are all frustrated and need to leave just to take a shower or go to the bathroom we pay way too much in rent to be having these simple problems !

On a drive-by, this place looks wonderful! Well kept exteriors, well maintained grounds, for the most part. This is built into the woods, with meandering streets and such, this is all good/great. However, several people that I know that live there, are in constant contact with the maintenance people, that do an extremely poor job. They disregard the calls for service, and when they do attempt to service, they do minimal effort and shawty work. They don't care about the tenants, and have the attitude, that somebody else is on the waiting list. In other words just be quiet and accept what you have, don't ask to get what you pay for? Such as, properly functioning air conditioning, a washing machine that functions properly, pest control that is paid for, but not necessarily delivered. And when you talk to the maintenance people in person and watch them do their work, you know they don't know what they're doing. And management doesn't really care. Be much better off looking for a better place for similar rent! This one is a drive-by that looks nice, but it's really not! And, by the way, the windows are so, so old, they leak like sieves and cost an arm and a leg for air conditioning and heating bills. You can hear the car drive by and the kids playing quite easily through the gaps in the windows! Elsa, do yourself a favor and don't rent here!

High cost rent does not translate into amenities at this complex. Don't expect to have visitors or guests over due to the fact there's only three (3) visitor spots per apartment pod and they will tow your car quickly. Maintenance requests are filled very slowly, outside lighting constantly flashing hasn't been changed in months. The water to the whole apartment complex is constantly shut off for hours and sometimes even a days long. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence and read reviews before you rent at this establishment in my humble opinion the money is not worth the product they provide!

The worst apartment experience I've had in 27 years. I have had maintenance in my apartment 11 TIMES for the same "leak" in the matter of 3 months after being told my the plumbers they contracted to come out (now for the 11th entry) reassured me was not coming from my unit. My toilet was yanked out and "installed" back so horribly that I feel that at any point in time it's going to fall through the roof the next time I use the bathroom. My walls were cut open in my laundry closet, never put back the drywall or resealed it leading to my unit smelling of the unit beneath me. Imagine coming home to a house that didn't even smell like yours. The staff has been anything but helpful or respectful of my job/life when it come to resolving this "emergency" (that's what they refer to it as. Even though is been ongoing for almost 4 months now!) If you want staff in your apartment more than you are then this is the place for you. I'm TOLD weekly my unit will be entered, and if you have a pet (I have a service animal) don't even consider this place because they'll either want you to crate your animal (as if being inside already for 8 hours while I WORK to afford this $1400 rent) or for you to be home which if you're the average American who works a 9-5 (I work a 6:00-3pm) and has bills to pay you cant keep doing that. Management has done nothing to improve my satisfaction when it comes to living here. Lease will NOT be renewed.
