Not currently living here but traveled from Indiana to look at these apartments. I had a tour at this apartment complex and it was the most CLEANEST, PROFESSIONAL experience I’ve ever had with any apartment complex. The office workers are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything. Hopefully I can call this place my home, very much recommend to anybody else !! Also shout out to Julian for giving phenomenal service!!!!! UPDATE: currently living here ! The community is beautiful and it is very peaceful. It is always quiet here and neighbors are very friendly. Any issues have been addressed immediately and fixed by maintenance. Literally no complaints at all! I highly recommend it. And the location is spectacular. Very safe.

Typical useless front staff. Information on pricing and availability on website is wrong. As well as on apartments.com Then when I call idiot staff is absolutely useless. Pretty much tells me it's first come first serve sorry. I hope you get the same service you provided me with. Idks and shoulder shrugs. Like what is the point of having online information if you can't rely on it.

This is a wonderful place to live. If I have a problem the maintenance team or office staff are right on it. It is so close and convenient to everything I need. Beautiful pool, exercise room and great places to walk. There is a monthly coffee hour and other great events organized by the office staff!

My fiancé and I are currently apartment hunting and decided to stop by Madison Oaks today. Right away we were greeted by Julian. He was so kind, knowledgeable and he gave us a tour of the property. Water is billed to you with your monthly rent statement.This way you are able to include your payment for water with your rent payment even though it is a separate charge. We use a third party billing service so your statement will be for prior usage and based on the usage of the building and allocated based on how many people are residing in each apartment.

Believe it ranges from 1 br apt to a 3br townhouse, very spacious and starts around 1000 I believe. Great community to live in.
