I had called on Saturday around 3:30ish pm and spoke w Denise G asking her about vacancies and if I can go for a tour. She said she'll be in the office until 5pm I can stop by and we can go from there. She was amazing!! She answered all my questions, sent me a quote to my email, and gave me a tour of the complex the amenities and showed me an apt. Looking forward to completing my application. Thank you Denise!

We have been residents at Twin Lakes for exactly 2 weeks now. The ladies Katrina and Denise in the front office are so sweet and helpful. They gladly help with answering any questions you have and assist with the application process to make sure you have everything in your file that you need to be move in ready. They are always available and if not they get back with you very quickly. We absolutely love our apartment. We submitted a maintenance request and it was resolved within 3 days so that was really great too. The whole team seems very awesome.

The only thing that upsets me is that they remodel the apartments, but keep the windows out of the equation. These old windows are so old you can feel the wind coming thru as well as hear people's conversation as they walk by talking, and we are on the second floor. Also, we asked for our carpets to be replaced because they are buckled up all through the appointment. They assessed the issue twice and they said they could not replace it. Other than this issue that we don't think management has anything to do with it, but the owners, we think 🤔 We have been living here at Twin Lakes Apartments for more than 5 years. My wife and I love the location and the staff who work here. The way things are going and they raising our rent $300 this year, we are looking to relocate.

I would like to see green grass by my front door and not sand and dead bushes by my apartment. I understand you want those who tour the property to see how nice it is. But all the apartments in the back need better landscaping.
