Super knowledgable & kind ladies! I walked in and they instantly provided help and guided me around where things are in their stores. I also got a chance to try on cute bras in their fitting room. I didn’t realize until i came home and did more research on The Pencil Test that I needed an appointment to use their fitting rooms (oops) 😭! I’m glad they still provided amazing service and gave me the benefit of the doubt. This is the most inclusive bra store I have ever seen! Going to make sure I make an appointment in the future to use their fitting room! 🥰

Life changing! The Pencil Test is where I realized that I've been wearing all the wrong bras for years. The wonderful ladies that work there are extremely helpful in helping you find the right, supportive, pretty, and well made bra.. I can't say enough about the experience there. I had an amazing experience! Turns out I've never had a bra that fit me and finally having one has been life-changing! I've been struggling to wear traditional bras due to the weight on my shoulders and lack of availability ( BELIEVED I was a 38I or J in reality 34N). The bras I purchased alleviate most of my shoulder pain! Staff is really friendly and it's a very comfortable environment. The cost is reasonable and great range of band sizes in any cup available IN STORE and they're pretty 😁 I had such a great experience I immediately recommended my mom to schedule a fitting and she now has some great bras too 😜!!!

Hands down the best bra shopping experience I have ever had! I made an appointment and as soon as I walked in I was escorted into the fitting room and the sizing process began. Holly knew my size by just looking at me! I was astounded. Not only did the bras fit well but they had multiple options for me to try on and Holly offered educational tips on how the bra should fit, where the band should sit, and how to put it on properly. As a plus size woman, it was so refreshing having what felt like endless options at my disposal to try on. Before walking into The Pencil Test, I was so concerned that I'd never be able to find a bra that properly fit. Needless to say, that fear is no more. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am about an hour away and the trip is totally worth it! Their prices are reasonable, too. I felt like I did not pay anymore than I would have if I had gone to Lane Bryant and gotten an ill fitting bra. Words cannot describe how absolutely pleased I am with my experience here.
