Employees have no compassion to help or educate customers. Just go to another DMV for any services.

They don't really do their jobs or know information about their jobs. Not to mention the never answer the phone and the phone number they redirect you to for questions is the Columbia dmv and they don't answer you either so I don't even know why they exist not like their being productive in any way shape or form.

Its like they don't even want to work. They are always empty so it's a fast process. They don't even know their own state rules or regulations when it comes to others out of state.
